About the project
Based on the principles of social and therapeutic horticulture, this weekly group will offer participants the opportunity to learn how to maintain a garden that supports a wide variety of plants and wildlife, whilst becoming more mindful of ways to improve wellbeing. Participants will learn about conservation and develop horticulture skills including how to grow a wide range of flowers, fruit, vegetables and herbs. The activities will be relaxed and will allow participants to engage at a level that feels right for them.
The project will take place at Look Aheads Beethoven Street garden, a beautiful green haven in the North of Westminster, and will be delivered by a friendly and experienced therapeutic horticulture practitioner.
