RISE Counselling & Psychotherapy

This private Counselling and Psychotherapy service is open to residents of Brent, Wandsworth, Westminster and neighbouring boroughs who don’t meet ‘Free Counselling Criteria’. The service is delivered by Integrative counsellors, who offer compassionate and tailored support to help clients address emotional and psychological challenges. Please note, this is not a free service. Any profit made from the service goes towards funding our free support. If you are looking for free therapy and live in Westminster, please refer yourself to our NHS Talking Therapies service.

To refer:

• Once you’ve made a referral, someone will be in touch with you to book you in for an initial assessment
• During an assessment, a member of our team will explore your needs and match you to a suitable counsellor – these sessions last 1 hour and cost £50
